Terms of Service

UMLKit generates UML diagrams from a project description or an uploaded requirements document, using AI models. It is operated from Morocco. You need an account to use it.

AI output is not guaranteed to be correct. Diagrams are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not reflect your intent. Review anything you rely on. You can edit every diagram's source and regenerate it.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate details when signing up. One person, one account. Tell us at soulayman.aabaid2004@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Every new account includes a number of free generation runs. One run generates all the diagram types you select, and retrying a diagram within that run does not cost an extra run. When your free runs are used up, a Pro subscription is required to continue.

Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay. See the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller for your purchase, appears on your statement, and handles tax. We never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page. After cancelling you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Cancelling does not restore free runs — those are a one-time allowance given when the account is created.

If the service does not work as described, contact soulayman.aabaid2004@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will arrange a refund of that payment. Refunds are issued through Creem. We may decline repeated refund requests where the service has been used substantially.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to generate unlawful content;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, billing, or access another user's account;
• automate or resell access to the generation endpoints, or place unreasonable load on the service;
• upload material you have no right to use.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

You keep ownership of the briefs you write and the diagrams generated for you. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — storing your projects so you can return to them, and sending your text to the AI and rendering providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: it depends on third-party AI and rendering providers that can fail or rate-limit us. Keep your own copy of anything important — every diagram can be exported as SVG, PNG, PlantUML source, or a PDF report.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to soulayman.aabaid2004@gmail.com.
